Melting tank
Electromechanical appliance designed for melting chocolate, syrups, and fats such as sticks of butter, palm oil and margarine, and holding them at constant temperature. For this purpose, it does not exceed the maximum operating temperature of 90°C.
The product is drained from the front drain tap only.
