A new version of the Cooker which, whilst retaining the DE DANIELI cooking system, combines the ease of use of bottom-up mixing.
This system simplifies both the loading of ingredients and the discharge of the finished product, and allows the interior of the tank to be inspected at any time with great ease and immediacy.
The MB-COOKER model is fitted with an on-machine water supply to facilitate cleaning operations, with the option of hot and/or cold water.
Furthermore, should the supply water be required as an ingredient, a flow meter is available on request.
