We have presented the new Cooker with touch-screen: it's a completely automatized machine with speed variator and automatic turn-over the bow (the front drain valve upon request) able to make a maximum number of 100 recipes or work programs, in total autonomy, make the operator free to do something else.

Using the touch-screen is very simple within the capacity of each operator.
